Welcome to Pack 36! Now that you found us let us take a quick look at what the Cub Scouts are and some of the things we do through the year.

Cub Scouting is fun for the whole family. In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.

Based on different topics such as hiking, nature, science, citizenship, first aid, sports, and more, adventures are earned as a Cub Scout advances toward their badge of rank.  Once an adventure is completed, a Cub Scout receives recognition in the form of an adventure loop or adventure pin.

Our pack will hold monthly Pack Meetings (meetings where everyone is together, Scouts, Adults and Leaders) to participate in activities, community service projects and celebrate our scouts’ accomplishments. Our dens will hold monthly Den Meetings (meetings where your scout meets with their same-grade-aged peers and work together to learn and accomplish adventures that will lead to earning rank). Some of these activities include:

  • Building and Launching Rockets
  • Pinewood Derby
  • Hiking
  • Campouts
  • Parades
  • Scouting for Food
  • Community Clean Ups
  • STEM projects
  • Fundraising
  • Public Speaking
  • Knot Tying
  • Wood working
  • Environmental education
  • And so much MORE!
